Our screens have to go through a rigorous quality control before being installed. However, prevention is better than cure. This is the reason why HTV provides you with a 3-year warranty on all of its products.
This includes our Premium maintenance contract:
- Remote support
- Replacement parts
- Remote management
- Training
Extended warranty
When buying your equipment at HTV, you can subscribe to an extended warranty. By doing so, our premium maintenance service is extended up to a 5-year period following the installation of your LED screens or other HTV products.

For you to make the most of your equipments without depending on us, we offer to give your staff the needed training so that they are perfectly comfortable with the equipment and are able to use and manage it on their own.
